The second PEZA-registered office tower to rise within the Araneta Center CyberPark Complex, the advanced facilities of CPT2 is designed to meet the highly specialized requirements of the offshoring and outsourcing industry.

CPT2 makes excellent use of the Araneta Center’s strengths as a location namely – its strategic location; multi-modal transport access to public transport options, including the Araneta Center MRT and LRT stations, bus terminals, PUV-shuttle stations and jeepney routes; and the availability of leisure, shopping, dining and entertainment options for thousands of BPO professionals

CPT2 is the second of the five office buildings planned in the Araneta Center’s CyberPark – a P15-billion master-planned office district within the 35-hectare Araneta Center.

The Araneta Center is in the midst of a transformation from its beginnings in the 1960s as a pioneering mecca of entertainment and a prime commercial center into a forward looking mixed-use community with corporate, leisure, retail, hospitality, entertainment and residential options. The rise of the CyberPark reinforces the Araneta Center’s position as Quezon City’s premier CBD.CPT2 PERSPECTIVE.jpg
