“Is that your final answer?”
My heart used to skip a beat whenever this famous question is asked by Mr. Christopher De Leon and Bossing Vic Sotto level after level in a former international television game show that I assumed you know because it’s that famous- it even got its very own movie! I remember holding it in until after half time while holding my breath and cringing when my answer is the same with the contestant, and boastfully shout “I knew it!” inwardly when the host confirmed that it IS the right answer.
The Game Play
Everyday, just after waking up our senses, we decide whether to take the extra five minute of sleep (aka contemplation about the day ahead which is again, deciding) or to get up and brew the beans. We basically, weigh the options and choose.
There are times that the answer is a no-brainer (like the base questionnaires for Classic Money Tree) or easy like yes or no (or because that field just happen to be your expertise), but most of the time, we need to choose from different complicated subjects because humans are complex beings or we are mothers – juggling work, kids and home 24/7 without overtime pay, SL, VL and 13th month pay. #hugot
Being the freelance-breastfeeding a toddler while running after the other-homemaker that I am, deciding sometimes takes it toll on my fuzzy mommy brain especially now that I got little to no help for the kids and I’m usually running on a deadline that I do not have time to sit down, analyze and decide on some matters, even mundane matters like which dessert goes well with seafood buffet for dinner, a creamy buko salad or a mango float graham ..
We’re always on the run literally – paying utility bills, chasing the BIR deadline, bank hours or just the clinic hours for the kid’s vaccines. While taking a long shower, washing the dishes or just doing the grocery alone is a luxury for me (you know, to contemplate if I decided to get up and brew the beans in the morning), that usually is as frequent as the blue moon, eclipse and forever.
I’m always on the run – facing crossroads (confronting options) and obviously needs to make a decision to move on. I imagine myself on the hot seat, facing the million bucks question – “Is that your final answer?”
Well, its a foregone conclusion that financial endeavors and businesses conduct surveys to organic leads to specific, important and complex questions and these questions are varied, diverse and strategically planned and structured in the best way possible to receive accurate data.

And in this case, the honeycomb of wireless connection and social media, now even mothers can create surveys, too! Why? To
Uncover answers. Using non-intimidating survey, respondents will be motivated to answer truthfully because privacy given, they are more open to provide honest feedback.
Evoke discussion. If the survey incite topics relating to the respondents, the survey can and will create a broader perspective on the matter at hand.
Create solid foundation. An unbiased approach to decision-making is to have a survey. This can also help you be subjective when analyzing and hence immediately address the important topic and not merely wasting time and valuable resources dilly dolling or mini-mining.
Collate outcomes. Raw results provide an overview of the choices and the thoughts, opinions, and comments of your target survey population. This valuable feedback is the baseline to measure and establish a benchmark from which to compare results over time.
The wisdom of the crowd is the collective opinion of a group of individuals rather than that of a single expert. – Wiki
Because motherhood is a complicated phase but mothers as busy as they can bee, will surely find it hard to start collecting wisdom of the crowd, let alone create a survey. Good thing there is…
Simple. Fast. No chatter – that’s what APEO guarantee you!
It Takes a Village to Raise a Child.

Given that the mystery behind the quantum of time has been cracked opened and we can now travel in the speed of light in space, will you go back to observe the past or move forward to see the future? Im honestly contemplating between flying for the first time (with the Wright brothers) or falling for the last time (migrate to Mars).
If you read this far off, it would be rude not to answer my first ever survey! 😛
Hassle-free, right? You can even have the freewill to customize the background and styled it to match the theme you want through APEO app or website just like how you’ll add more of the shrimps to your yang chow fried rice because it’s for the seafood buffet.
I usually take the extra 5 minutes of contemplating in the morning leading to more procrastination through out the
day year, so this time, I’ll choose to get up and brew the beans, and try to cook the overeasy again (thinking of perfecting it if I bang the pots earlier in the morning). I also promise to sway my hips a little further when washing the dishes while contemplating my next Apeo photo background.
Apeo allows anyone including moms to create a customized, stylish looking poll in less than a minute from their mobile and send it to via any messaging platform, social network (twitter, FB, Slack), mail, embed in a website and so on. The poll results are displayed anonymously in the app in real time so you know you get the true answers.
My final answer? I’d serve mango float graham and change the seafood buffet to puttanesca sauce with aldente spaghetti pasta instead, besides, I’m not confident enough in the kitchen, and I know Apeo will help me get the cook’s mentality.
